Description
Charles Singullier is an ordinary employee who, for once, allows himself a little originality: he buys a bowler hat at the Marolles flea market in Brussels. Once he puts the hat on his head, nothing will ever be the same again: he falls victim to hallucinations from the masterpiece by Magritte. And there's no way to remove the hat unless he unravels the mystery of Magritte's paintings! A masterpiece that questions the meaning of words and images and that takes Charles on a journey that will lead him to a better understanding of Magritte, to cross paths with him, but also to question himself, love and the place of fantasy in his life.

This is a biography, without being a biography (it is said in the title), of René Magritte, a dive into his particular universe which allows us to better know and understand this artist.

I try, as much as possible, to make only paintings that evoke mystery with the precision and enchantment necessary for the live of ideas.
